Intuitive Product with Outstanding Support We recently implemented Simple Survey to send NPS surveys to our key accounts and have been extremely impressed with both the product and the support we’ve received. The package is intuitive and straightforward to configure from an administrative perspective and the support from Jessie has been second to none. We were working to some tight deadlines and Jessie made herself available to help me get the final design and accompanying email configured and sent out within a 24-hour window. She was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about Simple Survey itself, but also about the wider Salesforce context, which made the whole implementation process much easier. Terrific Support Team I personally struggle when it comes to the technical nature of products and finding resolution on my own. This is my first experience with the Support Team. Jessie was awesome. My ticket was addressed promptly and the supporting information and documentation needed to resolve my issue quickly and easily was excellent. I will say I rely heavily on having self-serve type material to complete my task without big delays. When that is lacking, and I see it way too often, those kind of road blocks are tedious and frustrating. Your support articles are fantastic! Comprehensive, extremely easy to follow and I was back to my project in no time. Compliments to your company for providing superior products and an even higher level of Support. It's refreshing these days to have interactions with a knowledgeable, efficient team!!

Excellent Support Staff Jessie from Support has been really good at keeping our Surveys working. Kudos! Apart from that, this app is easy to configure, although it's not perfect, and you'll bump into a few issues, but there's nothing a great support team can handle.
