Excellent Support Staff Jessie from Support has been really good at keeping our Surveys working. Kudos! Apart from that, this app is easy to configure, although it's not perfect, and you'll bump into a few issues, but there's nothing a great support team can handle.

Both apps are one-click installs from the Salesforce AppExchange marketplace. Jotform | Forms, surveys, agent, chatbot, e-sign, and workflow automation has more onboarding documentation maturity (136 reviews vs 100), which usually translates to better-tested setup wizards and quicker time-to-value. User-friendly and Professional I’ve been using Jotform for about five years now, and I find it user-friendly and it really gives our work that professional polish. Whenever I need something a bit more custom, I reach out to the help desk, and while they’re helpful, I’d love to see more in-depth video lessons or course

Very easy to set up and implement The platform is very easy to use, very low learning curve. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is I would love to see more features/customizations. Additionally, an ability to create a "flow" to initiate a form to be sent for digital signatures from Salesforce using JotForms.

Great for data collection. Our nonprofit is in the process of digitizing our data collection processes in rural Uganda. It's an immense process, and leveraging Jotform has made the project possible!

Great tool for capturing data from external parties into Salesforce If you need external users to fill out forms and have that data to go into your Salesforce custom objects, then Jotform and it's integration with Salesforce provides a simple and effectively way to achieve this.
