* Ticket requester information (name and email address) — used solely to look up or match the corresponding contact in HubSpot
Purpose of data processing:
All data listed above is accessed exclusively to display relevant HubSpot CRM information within the Zendesk ticket sidebar and to allow agents to create or update HubSpot records (contacts, companies, deals, and engagements) without leaving Zendesk. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Data storage:
* Your HubSpot Private App Access Token is stored securely as an encrypted Zendesk app setting and is used only to authenticate API requests to HubSpot on your behalf.
* No HubSpot CRM data is persisted outside of HubSpot or Zendesk. Data is fetched in real time from HubSpot's API and displayed in the app; it is not stored on helphouse.io servers.
Third-party services:
API requests are made directly to api.hubapi.com (HubSpot's API). All communication takes place over HTTPS.
