Security and data handling
Data utilized by the Zendesk/Zoom applications includes account identifiers and profile data (Zoom User ID, Zendesk User ID, Zendesk Domain, Zoom Domain, name, email), plus ticket information, signatures (Zoom App), and meeting recordings.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using strong standards (AES-GCM 256 at rest; AES 256 with SHA 384 or better in transit).
Data is stored in secure US-based cloud data centers.
Data is retained only as long as needed while the applications are in use, and geographic/location data is not retained.
Access is limited to necessary members of Faye's development and infrastructure teams.
Faye does not transfer or process application data outside of supporting the integrations.
