It is getting worse and worse. The more they raise their prices, the lower the quality becomes. The system constantly gets stuck in loops, is extremely difficult to work with, and logs me out every time I use it on my smartphone. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating. Even the FAQ content is no longer properly
