About Upshot: AI Shopping Assistant
How Upshot: AI Shopping Assistant works
Upshot is an AI chatbot and shopping assistant for your store. It understands plain-language requests and photos, searches your live catalog, and compares products by price and availability. Shoppers build a cart in conversation and go straight to your Shopify checkout. Upshot answers policy and order-status questions from your store's own data and hands anything that needs judgment to your team, with a summary attached. Guests can check an order with its number and checkout email.
