About SellCraft ‑ AI Sales Assistant
How SellCraft ‑ AI Sales Assistant works
SellCraft adds an AI sales assistant to your store. Shoppers ask in their own words, like "a red blouse for a dinner party" or "what's your return policy?", and it searches your catalog, shows matching products as cards, helps choose size and color, and adds items to the cart. It replies in the shopper's language and uses only your products, prices, stock and policies. Brief it with store notes, match your brand, and see every conversation and add-to-cart in your dashboard.
