About Lead Scoring
How Lead Scoring works
Lead Scoring makes sales more efficient by focusing on the most promising leads first, and helps align sales and marketing by clearly delineating which leads marketing owns and which leads Sales owns based on lead priority. Create up to 200 active Lead rules to score some leads higher than others based on who they are. Create up to 450 active Campaign Member rules to score leads based on what they do. Active rules add points towards the Total Score and Total Score drives Lead Priority,so that Sales can focus on the best leads first.
Note: Web activity and time based rules are not supported. Consider other AppExchange partners for more advanced scoring needs.
