FormAssembly: Has Potential, but Needs Improved Support FormAssembly serves as an important integration hub for our small nonprofit, connecting Salesforce, Stripe, and our website. Its point-and-click functionality and customization options allow us to manage forms and integrations without relying on external developers. However, while FormAssembly works reasonably well for straightforward use cases, more complex configurations can be cumbersome to build and troubleshoot. The interface could be more intuitive, and customer support has been inconsistent, including instances where support cases remained open for months without follow-up. Overall, FormAssembly is a valuable tool with considerable potential, but improvements to usability, troubleshooting capabilities, and customer support would make a significant difference.

We couldn't live without FormAssembly We use FormAssembly forms for so many forms across our university. It is very intuitive and a godsend for getting data quickly into our Salesforce Instance. It is user friendly and we've only a positive experience. It is used in Admissions, Advancement, IT, Student Life, Advising Center and staff groups alike.

Great tool to sync forms and data to Salesforce It just works. FormAssembly has been a fantastic tool for getting data into and out of Salesforce. It’s very easy to learn the basics, but it has the capabilities to handle really complex use cases when you need it to. We currently have around 100 forms at our organization. We didn’t build them overnight—we started small with basic use cases and as we saw how well it worked, we kept finding new use cases for it. Now, it runs everything from simple forms to complicated, multi-step workflows, some even with payment processing integrated. A few things that have made a huge difference for our team: - The Salesforce connector just works: Mapping fields across standard and custom objects is straightforward, and pulling existing record data into forms to prefill them saves us a ton of time. - The workflow builder: The newer workflow features make it easy to tie forms together, build in conditional routing, and trigger custom email alerts much more easily than before. - No arbitrary caps: Not having to stress over limits on how many forms you can build, responses you collect, or Salesforce objects you can link to gives you real room to use the tool. You aren't constantly checking credit reports or caps in that area. If you’re looking for a dependable and flexible way to connect web forms directly to Salesforce, it’s well worth the investment!

Great addition for data collection FormAssembly makes it easy to create complex data collection processes and integrate with Salesforce and other tools. With the introduction of Workflow and document generation, we were able to remove several steps and applications from our processes.
