About AI Chatbot & Live Chat Agent
How AI Chatbot & Live Chat Agent works
Ultimo Bots is an AI agent and live chat that doesn't just answer. It takes action for your customers, 24/7, even while you sleep.
It learns your website, products, files and FAQs, then talks to visitors in plain conversation, in their own language.
Works with your site's business apps the moment you install: - Stores: finds products, checks stock, tracks orders. - Bookings: shows services and open times, sends the booking link. - Restaurants: answers menu questions, reserves tables. - Events and Pricing Plans: answers on events, tickets and plans. - Contacts: captures leads and saves them to your contacts.
Live chat is fully built in. Take over any chat from your inbox with AI-suggested replies and instant translation, then hand it back to the AI.
Never miss a lead: get alerts for new chats, handovers and leads by email, Slack and Telegram.
One inbox for your website, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Slack and Telegram, backed by our certified Meta Tech Provider status.
No code, no flowcharts. Describe in plain words how your support should work, and your agent builds itself. It runs on its own AI, so it never touches your site's AI credits.
