WC Cancel Order
WC Cancel Order lets your customers request order cancellations from their WooCommerce “My Account” order page. Store admins receive each request and can approve or decline it from the WC Cancel area, and both the customer and the store are notified by email. From the settings you can limit requests to specific order statuses, optionally require customers to enter cancellation details, show a custom note inside the cancellation popup, and allow guest customers to cancel using the unique link sent in their order email. The Pro version adds partial (item-level) cancellation, a store wallet with refund credits, a cancellation fee, configurable refund methods, user-role and Ultimate Member / WooCommerce Subscriptions support, and more. Premium Features ✅ Partial order cancellation — request cancellation of specific items/quantities, not just the whole order. ✅ Store wallet — when you approve a cancellation you can credit the refunded amount to the customer’s wallet instead of refunding the gateway; customers then spend that balance at checkout via the wallet payment gateway. ✅ Wallet dashboard for admins (WooCommerce → WC Cancel → Wallet) — view every customer’s available balance, total received, and total spent at a glance, and drill into any customer to see their per-order wallet credits and debits. ✅ Cancellation fee — charge the customer a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total when a cancellation is approved. The fee is shown to the customer in the cancellation popup before they confirm, then automatically deducted from the refund on approval (it also appears in the admin popup, order notes, customer email, and the Cancellation Requests dashboard). ✅ Refund methods on approval — Automatic gateway refund, Manual refund, or Wallet credit (full & partial), with transaction IDs recorded. ✅ Automatic inventory restock when a refund is issued. ✅ Allow both cancellation requests and direct (immediate) cancellations for specific order statuses. ✅ Auto-assign a specific order status when a request is approved or declined. ✅ Enable cancellation requests for specific user roles. ✅ Admin-defined cancellation reason options shown as radio buttons in the popup. ✅ Make the reason radios and/or an additional text field required, optional, or disabled. ✅ Hide the cancellation request button after a configurable period (minutes, hours, days, months, years). ✅ Unified “Cancel Request” button offering a full or partial choice when both are available. ✅ Merged Cancellation Requests dashboard listing both full and partial requests, with bulk actions. ✅ Email notifications for the admin and customer on request received, approved, and declined, plus wallet-credit receipts. ✅ Supports Ultimate Member and WooCommerce Subscriptions. ✅ Translation ready. ✅ Pro support.

Order Cancellation & Returns for WooCommerce
Order Cancellation & Returns for WooCommerce helps store owners add a clear customer self-service workflow for WooCommerce order cancellation and return requests. Customers can request to cancel an eligible order or submit a whole-order return request from their account/order details page, while store managers control allowed statuses, request reasons, time limits, approvals, and email notifications. Use this plugin when you want fewer manual support messages and a more organized way to handle cancellation requests, return requests, refund review steps, and request history inside WooCommerce. Store managers can approve or reject requests from the WooCommerce order screen. Explore the premium version Privacy and external services The core cancellation and return features run on your WordPress/WooCommerce site. This plugin does not automatically send store, order, customer, or site data to an external service for cancellation or return processing. On first plugin activation, the plugin sends the site admin email, WooCommerce order notification recipients, site URL, store country, plugin name, and plugin version once to https://yoexpress.top/wp-json/yo-pr/v1/email-subscriptions. This service is used by YoOhw Studio for product updates and support follow-up. The settings screen and readme include links to documentation, support, demo, and premium upgrade pages. Those links are opened only when an administrator clicks them.
