Zendesk has no table editor, and pasting a spreadsheet into a reply or side conversation strips its formatting. SideGrid adds a table editor to the ticket sidebar, so agents can send vendors, partners and other teams a clean table instead of a jumble of text.
What it does well
Paste straight from Excel or Google Sheets. Rows and columns arrive intact, including cells with line breaks.
Send tables in side conversations. Recipients get a real table in their email, and it shows as a table in the side conversation thread.
