About WhatsApp AI Agent
How WhatsApp AI Agent works
Turn WhatsApp into your fastest channel, day and night.
WhatsApp AI Agent connects your WhatsApp Business number to an AI agent that knows your business. It learns from your website, files, products and FAQs, and replies in your customer's language.
It doesn't just answer. It acts. Your agent books appointments, checks store orders, shares menus, events and pricing plans from your site, saves contacts and captures leads in the conversation. Need something custom? Describe the skill in plain words and Mo builds it in the AI Studio, including connections to your own tools, APIs and MCP servers.
You stay in control. Set rules and tone in plain words, test every reply in a WhatsApp preview before going live, and take over any chat from your shared inbox. Get alerts for new leads and handovers in-app, by email, Slack or Telegram.
Connect in minutes through Meta's official signup: keep the number you use in the WhatsApp Business app or add a new one. Manage everything, plus your website chat, Instagram and Facebook, in one Ultimo Bots portal.
Requires a Meta business account. WhatsApp conversation fees, if any, are billed by Meta.
