About SMS Troopers | Cart Recovery
How SMS Troopers | Cart Recovery works
SMS Troopers follows up on your abandoned checkouts with real people, not bots. When a shopper leaves checkout, a Trooper texts them 30 minutes later, answers their product, shipping or payment question in a two-way conversation and can send a unique one-use discount code, so every recovered order is tracked. You choose which carts get a text and which discount a Trooper may offer. Each week you get AI insights on what stops your shoppers from buying. No number to register, no telco paperwork.
