Time Tracker by TimeCamp
TimeCamp is an award-winning software company founded in 2009. Its flagship product automates time tracking and turns the data into insights for managing teams and company resources. Track time on tickets without leaving Zendesk Once you install TimeCamp from the Zendesk Marketplace, a green Start time button appears on each ticket, allowing you to measure time directly for that ticket. By enabling the integration, you can also import your ticket structure into your TimeCamp account. What you get from the data In your TimeCamp account, you can: Generate various types of reports Check how much time agents spend on individual tickets Set budgets for tasks Mark working hours as billable or non-billable Track time without switching between Zendesk and TimeCamp More than ticket tracking TimeCamp also helps your team: Assign time to projects and tasks Measure work time, vacation, and overtime accurately Export reports in various formats Invoice worked hours Integrate with the tools you already use See it in action Watch a video, explore the Help Center, or contact the TimeCamp team. Ready to see where your time is going? Register your free TimeCamp account. The Zendesk integration is available from the Premium plan up. Data and privacy To provide the integration, the app accesses the Zendesk installation identifier and the current ticket's identifier and subject. This information is used to identify the installation, link Zendesk tickets with TimeCamp tasks, and add ticket context to time entries. When ticket import is enabled, ticket identifiers, subjects, and structure may also be sent to TimeCamp to create and organize related tasks. The TimeCamp email address and password entered by the user are sent to TimeCamp's authentication service. The password is not stored by the app. The returned authentication token is stored in the user's browser local storage, under the Zendesk installation identifier, to keep the user signed in. Time-tracking information, including ticket and task identifiers, dates, start and end times, duration, billable status, and notes, is sent to and stored in the customer's TimeCamp account. Matching tasks, permissions, active timers, and existing entries, including dates, durations, notes, and user names, are retrieved from TimeCamp and displayed in the app. TimeCamp processes this information for authentication, ticket-to-task synchronization, time tracking, reporting, support, security, and operation of the service. Details about retention, deletion, international transfers, user rights, and service providers are available in the TimeCamp Privacy Policy and TimeCamp Subprocessors List.
