Centous Integration for Brevo connects your WordPress forms to Brevo CRM. When a visitor submits a supported form, the plugin can automatically create or update Brevo Contacts, Companies, or Deals based on your feed configuration. Save the feed and submit the form. The plugin sends the mapped data to Brevo and logs the result. Usage Basic setup Connect your Brevo account from the plugin settings. Install and activate your preferred form plugin or plugins. Go to Brevo Connect → Feeds and click Add New Feed. Select your form from the grouped dropdown. Create or choose an existing Formidable form. Create a new feed and select the form under the Formidable Forms group. Map fields using Formidable field keys such as email, first-name, and phone. Save the feed. External services This plugin connects to Brevo to send and manage CRM data. What the service is and what it is used for Brevo is a CRM and marketing platform. This plugin uses the Brevo API to create or update Contacts, Companies, and Deals when supported WordPress forms are submitted. What data is sent and when When a supported form is submitted and a matching active feed exists, the plugin sends only the mapped field values to Brevo over HTTPS. This may include personal data such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and other custom fields configured in your feed mapping. Data is sent at the time of form submission. The plugin may also contact Brevo during account connection, token refresh, connection testing, and when notes are added to Brevo records from plugin logs.
