Not working properly. For many orders it's just not showing any tracking updates, although these updates are properly showing on all other tracking apps (like 17track.net). Customer service is dismissive. I'm paying for an app that's not working, but they maintain that they can't refund me because "the app is working".

Tracking More may not be the perfect app and has some small issues, what makes it great is the support provided by the team. Their willingness to go beyond what is expected makes them stand out. May 2026: Tracking More app is not working and updates are not showing correctly. Manual retrack required almost every time.
