nick was helpful. I wish they could have calls but he did the best he can and i really appreciate him. but you guys need to fix a few things on the integration to make it smoother in my opinion specially the foreign currency transactions that i receive in my local currency.

Maycel was very kind and patient. I won't know until tomorrow if the problem is solved, but she did give me an alternate method to fix manually if the re-sync on the account did not fix it. I'm happy with the transaction. I only gave 4 stars because the interaction did not create an immediate fix through the system.

VINNY in Service is absolutely top-notch, able to quickly diagnose difficult issues with this connector (of which there are many, but that's not on Vinny) and give A+++ service. They may not get the code right, but they support it well!
