Pandectes EU Warranty & GARAN vs ZigZag Returns & Exchanges

Since 27 September 2026, EU shops selling physical goods must show the legal guarantee notice before purchase. Pandectes EU Warranty places the European Commission's official artwork on product pages and in the cart, in the shopper's language, and adds it to your order confirmation email. Products with a producer guarantee get the GARAN label with years, brand and model. On Shopify Plus stores the notice and GARAN also appear in checkout. Not legal advice.
