About Session Recordings & Heatmaps
How Session Recordings & Heatmaps works
See your site through your visitors' eyes. Session Recordings records real visits so you can replay exactly what shoppers did: every page, click and scroll, with the moments that matter marked on the timeline, like adding to cart, starting checkout and searching your store. Anything a visitor types is masked before it's recorded, and recording follows your site's cookie consent.
Heatmaps add those visits up for each page, with computers, tablets and phones kept apart, so you can see which buttons get clicked, which get ignored and how far down people scroll. Press any clicked element to watch the visits behind it.
Filter to the visits worth watching, the ones that viewed a product or added to cart, and star the replays you want to keep for good. Works on any site; store moments such as add to cart and checkout appear when your site has a store.
