About ParcelFlow
How ParcelFlow works
ParcelFlow connects your store to 1,200+ carriers and gives customers a branded tracking page in your colors with real-time shipment updates. Orders and tracking numbers sync automatically from Shopify. The SmartTrack feature sets clear delivery expectations for long shipping times. Customers see a visual timeline and live map instead of contacting support. Works with any carrier your suppliers use.
