About Drip Order Status
How Drip Order Status works
Shopify only knows unfulfilled and fulfilled. Drip Order Status lets you add your own steps, like In production, Quality check or Out for delivery, and move orders through them by hand, in bulk or automatically. Customers get a branded email at each step and see a live timeline on your tracking page and right on Shopify's order status page. Pro adds estimated delivery dates, late-order alerts, product picks that bring customers back, Shopify Flow, order tags and analytics.
