About In the Making: Order Updates
How In the Making: Order Updates works
Give customers a private, branded place to follow a piece from order confirmed through making, finishing and dispatch. Share milestones, photographs, notes and expected completion dates, with optional email updates that return customers to the same cohesive journey. When the order ships, add the carrier, tracking number and tracking link. If you use both apps, In the Making continues naturally from the Digital Unboxing confirmation.
