How CustomerGenius: Discount Abuse works
CustomerGenius finds shoppers who reuse a once-per-customer discount with a new email. You pick the discounts to watch. Each order that uses one is scored against past orders by email, phone, shipping address, billing address and name. Flagged orders can trigger an email alert, and you decide whether to hold them for review or have the app cancel and refund them. At install it scans your last 60 days of orders and changes nothing until you tell it to. Works with Recharge and ShipStation.
