Once the requestor has picked a contractor, vendors can also upload lightweight billing information, making sure that invoices don't exceed PO amounts and that the requestor always knows where they stand on planned budget and costs for their project.
Finally, start building a history of contractors, so you know which ones have done work for your before and how it was received by the requestor.
Because it's all in Salesforce, you can do all of this one your phone and have full approvals, notifications, and reporting on the entire process.
