In-Form is the system of choice for housing & homelessness specialist organisations. Currently, over 300 organisations (small to large) and over 18,000 users use In-Form.
As a case management tool, it provides a central location to record information about the client & work carried out within the organisation.
Client needs & risk assessments are created within In-Form and outcome measuring tools provide an assessment framework to measure progress across a number of areas.
Casework records detail the on-going work completed with clients. Client income can be recorded to provide financial information about the client. Plus, alerts are created to highlight risks & vulnerabilities.
In-Form is used to record incidents, accidents and complaints involving clients, staff & external parties.
The app also includes a full set of reports and dashboards, and users can customise these or create their own as needed.
