Data disclosure Data Collection and Usage This app processes limited customer data to send WhatsApp messages on behalf of Zendesk agents: Customer phone number Customer name (if available in the Zendesk ticket) Customer email (if entered in excel and csv files) Message parameters entered by the Zendesk agent Ticket identifier and related metadata Purpose of Data Processing Sending WhatsApp messages to customers from within Zendesk Associating sent messages with the relevant Zendesk ticket Third-Party Data Sharing The application uses the Conversations API from Zendesk. This app does not use Meta´s WhatsApp Cloud API or any other third-party service. Zendesk processes the data according to its own privacy policies.
