That’s why we’ve built a complementary delivery option that runs alongside a retailer’s existing delivery service. Our Gobuddy plugin will first check for a Gobuddy Transporter, if none is found for the specific delivery then the delivery will automatically be redirected to the retailers’ usual WooCommerce integrated delivery option. We utilise the tracking and shipment data of the complementary delivery options to give retailers a full picture of all of their delivery data for their company, regardless of who the delivery partner was. This interaction is handled by The Courier Guy and is subject to Shiplogic’s Privacy Policy. No direct user data is sent from your site to Shiplogic by this plugin; data flows via The Courier Guy. External Services This plugin integrates with the following third-party services: 1. Gobuddy Server Data Storage Purpose: WooCommerce order data (including order status, customer details, and delivery information) is securely transmitted and stored on Gobuddy’s external server to facilitate advanced delivery management features and order fulfillment processes. Data Stored: WooCommerce Order IDs, order status, customer name, delivery address, contact information, and delivery notes. Privacy & Terms: Data storage and handling are governed by Gobuddy’s Privacy Policy and Gobuddy’s Transporter Terms & Conditions. User Consent (Responsibility of Plugin User): It is critical that plugin users (website owners) clearly disclose this external data storage to their customers in their privacy policy and obtain all necessary consents as required by applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Continued use of this plugin implies consent to this data transfer and storage. Configuration: This data transfer is a core function of the plugin and is enabled by default upon activation and configuration of the Gobuddy integration. 2. Google Maps Platform Purpose: Used for calculating delivery routes and distances between the store and customer addresses to facilitate delivery management. Data Sent: Store and customer address information (including geocoded coordinates if applicable). Privacy & Terms: Use of this service is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. Plugin users are responsible for compliance and informing their customers. 3. Tradesafe Payment Gateway API Purpose: Interacts with Tradesafe’s API to manage and refine order payments, specifically for adjusting or removing extra parties in a transaction. Data Sent: Order and payment transaction details, including party information for adjustment. Privacy & Terms: All communication is via HTTPS. Data handling is subject to Tradesafe’s Privacy Policy and Tradesafe’s Terms of Service. Plugin users are responsible for compliance with financial and data privacy regulations. 4. WordPress.org API (Update Check) Purpose: This plugin uses the standard WordPress.org API endpoint (https://api.wordpress.org/) to check for available updates to the plugin itself. Data Sent: No personally identifiable information or site-specific data is sent. Only the plugin’s slug and current version are transmitted as part of the standard WordPress update check mechanism. Privacy & Terms: This is a core WordPress function; refer to WordPress.org’s Privacy Policy for details on their data handling related to update checks. Configuration: This is an automatic, non-configurable process essential for plugin maintenance and security.

Нажмите «Получить» напротив пункта «Токен для API». Скопируйте полученный токен. Перейдите в раздел «Установленные» в пункте «Плагины». Найдите плагин «Яндекс Доставка» в списке плагинов. Активируйте его, если он не активирован. Перейдите к настройкам способа доставки: Яндекс Доставка → Настройки. Выберете страну и введите полученный токен API Яндекс Доставки. Получите токен геокодера, используя инструкцию → для Google Geocoding — Getting started with Google Maps Platform | Google for Developers → для Яндекс Геосервисы — Введение | API Геокодера. Скопируйте и вставьте токен в поле «Токен API выбранного геосервиса». При необходимости поставьте галочку в чекбоксе «Включено в корзине». В корзине вашего магазина появится метод доставки «Яндекс Доставка». Расчёт стоимости будет происходить после ввода адреса. Настройте расчёт доставки для ваших клиентов. Помните, что это не меняет способ обработки платежей между вами и Яндекс Доставкой. Перейдите в WooCommerce → Настройки → Доставка. Добавьте зону доставки и выберете метод доставки: Яндекс Доставка Доступные зоны доставки: Россия, Беларусь, Казахстан, Узбекистан. Доступные города можно увидеть на сайте Яндекс Доставки. Перейдите к управлению складами: Яндекс Доставка → Склады. Введите адреса складов или магазинов, с которых будете отправлять заказы клиентам. Выберите склад по умолчанию. От него будет рассчитываться стоимость доставки в корзине. Перейдите в список заказов: WooCommerce → Заказы Убедитесь, что в списке заказов отображается колонка «Действия». Если это не так, нажмите на «Настройки экрана», отметьте галочкой поле «Действия» и нажмите «Применить». В списке заказов, для которых возможна отправка через Яндекс Доставку, доступна кнопка отправки. Нажмите на неё, чтобы перейти к форме создания заявки на доставку выбранного заказа. Чтобы посмотреть, в каких заказах покупатель выбрал Яндекс Доставку, введите «Яндекс Доставка» в строку поиска по заказам. Для одновременной отправки нескольких заказов выделите их, выберите действие «Отправить заказы в Яндекс Доставку», и нажмите кнопку «Применить», чтоб перейти к форме создания заявки на доставку выбранных заказов. После ввода данных нажмите кнопку «Рассчитать» для расчёта стоимости доставки. После расчета вы увидите стоимость доставки и время подачи машины. Чтобы подтвердить заявку на доставку с указанной стоимостью нажмите на кнопку «Подтвердить заявку». Вот и всё! Вы сможете отслеживать этапы выполнения заявки в карточке заказа. Что делать, если появилось уведомление “Not authorized request” Ваш токен не позволяет вам реализовать доставку с помощью Яндекс Доставки. Чтобы всё заработало, нужно подключиться к Яндекс Доставке. Ваш баланс меньше лимита, вам необходимо внести депозит. Введён правильный токен, но стоимость заказа не рассчитывается Если карты не загружены, это означает, что ключ геокодера ещё не активирован. Для активации ключа требуется до 24 часов.
