Setlyy is a SaaS product. You need an active Setlyy account to use this plugin. How it works Install and activate WhatAlead Integration for Setlyy on your WordPress site. Click Connect Setlyy inside Settings > Setlyy. You are redirected to Setlyy to authorize the connection. Setlyy returns a secure installation code to WordPress. The plugin exchanges that code with Setlyy and stores the connection settings. WordPress can then load the Setlyy widget script and fetch the latest widget and campaign link configuration. When you connect or refresh the plugin, WordPress sends the connection code, the connected agent ID, and the site URL to Setlyy so Setlyy can identify the correct workspace and return the current widget and campaign configuration. Conversation handling, WhatsApp assistant behavior, lead qualification, tracking, and follow-ups are managed by your Setlyy account. The plugin does not store visitor conversations in WordPress. Conversations, AI configuration, qualification logic, follow-ups, and lead data are handled in Setlyy. What data is sent to Setlyy? During connection and synchronization, the plugin sends data needed to identify the Setlyy workspace and return the correct configuration, such as: the temporary connection code returned by Setlyy; the connected Setlyy agent ID; your WordPress site URL; plugin synchronization requests for widget and campaign link data.
