This plugin is an add-on for the amazing Gravity Forms Plugin. Special thanks to Brad Vincent and Bryan Willis for developing the first and revised version of this plugin. Gravity Forms has CSS Ready Classes to style your form fields. Using these classes, you can easily create more advanced layouts for the fields in your forms. Excellent idea, however, the problem is you always need to remember what the exact class name is. Now with this CSS Selector, you don’t need to remember. Simply click on a button to launch the pop-up and choose the class you want to add. This plugin gives you the opportunity to automate WebAsk surveys — just connect your API key and choose the survey from the list. WebAsk is a Russian service for conducting online surveys, questionnaires, marketing and product research. The service is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and complies with laws 152-FZ and 242-FZ. Here is the full list of question types: Welcome Screen — the first screen that your audience will see. Used for greeting and introductory information. Thank You Screen — the final screen of the survey. In addition to standard settings, you can add a “Share” button or a link redirect button. Yes or No — a simple question format with binary choice. You can add labels and choose icon styles. Single Choice — the respondent selects one of the proposed options. Settings allow random order of options and adding “your own answer”. Multiple Choice — allows selecting several answers at once. You can also enable random order and “your own option”. Media Choice — answers are presented as images or videos. Settings allow you to: * set the number of columns, * allow multiple selection, * add captions, * shuffle the order of answers. Dropdown — answers are presented as a list. You can enable alphabetical sorting or random order. Ranking — the respondent sorts options in order of preference. Additionally, you can shuffle options randomly or display them alphabetically. Slider — allows you to set a range of values (from/to) and step change. Rating — rating format in points or with icons. You can choose the type of icons, enable numbering and set the number of gradations. Scale — linear scale with settings for the number of points and labels on the left, center and right. Text Input — open question for text. You can set a character limit and expand the field for long answers. Email — field for entering an email address. Can be made mandatory. Phone Number — field for entering a phone number. Can also be made mandatory. Date and Time — allows you to select a date, time, or date and time together. Additionally, you can specify the format and separator. Matrix — allows you to set several questions in a table. Supports different field types: radio, button, text. Message — display text without answer. You can add a button to go to the next question or hide it. File Upload — allows respondents to upload files. HTML Code — field for inserting your own HTML code into the survey. Design a layout that suits your website or brand Use ready-made themes or create your own with a variety of design settings. You can change the design of every element placed in the survey. Not enough built-in design settings? You can always add your own CSS styles directly in the builder. Logical branching Set up conditional logic to show or hide questions based on previous answers. This allows you to create personalized survey experiences and collect more relevant data.
