Entry Manager for WPForms – Save Form Entries to Database & Export
Entry Manager for WPForms saves every WPForms submission to a database table on your own site, then gives you a proper admin screen to search, filter, view and export them. WPForms Lite is an excellent form builder, but it does not store entries at all – once a notification email is lost, the submission is gone. This plugin fills that gap. Key Features Automatic Entry Storage – All form submissions are automatically saved to your database User-Friendly Dashboard – View all your form entries in a clean, organized admin interface Powerful Export Options – Export entries in three formats: CSV (Comma Separated Values) Excel (.xlsx workbook) JSON (full structured backup) Advanced Filtering – Filter by form, date range, and keyword search Sortable Columns – Order entries by ID, form, date or IP address Trash & Restore – Move entries to trash and restore them, with permanent deletion as a separate step Bulk Actions – Trash, restore or delete multiple entries at once Entry Details – View complete submission details with all form fields Print-Friendly View – Print or save a single entry as PDF straight from the browser Dashboard Widget – See your five most recent entries at a glance Privacy Controls – Optional IP anonymization, user agent opt-out, and automatic deletion after a set number of days GDPR Tools Integration – Entries are included in WordPress’ Export and Erase Personal Data tools User Information – Track submitter IP address, user agent, and WordPress user No External Dependencies – All exports are generated in PHP, with no external CDN, API or third-party library Privacy Friendly – All data stored in your WordPress database Translation Ready – Fully internationalized and ready for translation Perfect For WPForms Lite users who need entry management Small businesses tracking customer inquiries Event registrations and RSVPs Contact form submissions Survey responses Newsletter signups Job applications And much more! The plugin registers with WordPress’ privacy tools, so stored entries are included when you handle a personal data export or erasure request from Tools > Export Personal Data and Tools > Erase Personal Data. You can limit what is collected and how long it is kept under Form Entries > Settings.
