How to Filter Posts by Category or Tag Only publish certain posts to specific social media accounts: Open the account settings (gear icon) for the desired profile. Select which categories or tags must be present for auto posting. Save your settings. Now only posts matching your criteria will be auto posted to that account. What data is sent and when When you connect your site and manage accounts, the plugin sends connection/authentication data and basic site context (such as site URL) to the Webixso API to validate access and list available accounts and designs. When you share a post (manually or via automation), the plugin sends: Post content pieces (title, excerpt or trimmed content, categories and tags, permalink URL). Information about the selected social account IDs (and, where relevant, page/board identifiers). Optional image URL (featured image or first image in the content). When automation is enabled, this data is sent in the background according to your configured schedule and rules.
