External Services VentraConnect acts as an OAuth client only. During Social Login, users are redirected to the selected provider, which returns an authorization token to your WordPress site. VentraConnect then retrieves basic profile data such as provider ID, email address, display name and avatar URL. Passkey authentication is handled natively on your WordPress site using WebAuthn and the user’s browser or device authenticator. No external passkey service is required.
