What data is sent and when: When a page that has the agent widget enabled is loaded, the plugin loads the widget script from QuickBlox. The script is requested using your configured Widget ID (App ID). Messages and other data entered by visitors in the chat are processed by QuickBlox in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
