JalpiForm
JalpiForm lets you embed secure, OTP-verified contact forms, lead capture forms, and surveys on your WordPress site — with spam protection, end-to-end encryption, and a simple shortcode workflow. Build your forms at form.jalpi.com using the visual builder, paste the embed code into the plugin, and use a shortcode anywhere on your site. All forms are managed from a single admin panel. Why use this plugin instead of pasting embed code manually? If you paste an embed script directly into a Custom HTML block, you lose track of it — it’s buried inside page content, hard to find, and painful to update. JalpiForm solves this by giving you: One admin panel for all your forms — Add, edit, or remove forms from a single screen. No digging through pages to find where you pasted a script. Shortcodes that work everywhere — Use [jalpi_form id="1"] in any page, post, widget, or block. Reuse the same form across multiple pages without duplicating code. Update once, reflect everywhere — Change the embed script in the plugin settings and every page using that shortcode is updated instantly. Built-in security validation — The plugin only accepts embed scripts from the jalpi.com domain. It blocks inline scripts, event handler attributes, and javascript: URLs to protect your site from malicious code. What you can build with form.jalpi.com: Contact forms and enquiry forms Lead capture forms with OTP-verified email and phone Surveys, polls, and feedback forms Registration and application forms Any custom form using the visual schema builder form.jalpi.com highlights: OTP verification — Native one-click OTP verification for email and phone, ensuring 100% verified leads Lead management — View all submitted leads with custom verification status showing whether each lead is OTP-verified or not Spam protection — Bot blocking shields your forms before spam reaches you Edge deployment — Global edge network with ultra-low latency for fast form loading Brute-force protection — Automatic protection against brute-force attacks on your forms Zero-config infrastructure — No manual server setup required, everything works out of the box Free to start — Create your account and start building forms for free How it works: Create your form at form.jalpi.com using the visual builder Copy the embed script Paste it into the JalpiForm plugin settings and save Use the generated shortcode [jalpi_form id="1"] anywhere on your site Plugin Features: Manage unlimited forms — each gets its own unique shortcode Simple 3-step setup with a guided admin interface Edit or delete forms anytime from one place Works with pages, posts, text widgets, and the block editor Lightweight — zero frontend bloat, no extra scripts or stylesheets loaded on your site Secure — domain-restricted embed validation with multiple layers of protection Clean uninstall — all plugin data is removed when you delete the plugin Who is this for? Businesses that want verified leads — OTP verification ensures every submission is from a real person Website owners who need contact forms, lead capture forms, surveys, or registration forms on WordPress Agencies and freelancers managing multiple forms across client sites Security-conscious users who need encrypted form submissions and spam protection Developers who want a fast, zero-config form backend with a simple embed workflow Anyone who wants a clean, organized way to embed and manage external forms on WordPress Developed by Konceptwise This plugin is developed and maintained by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., the parent company behind the Jalpi product line. Jalpi is a suite of digital tools built and owned by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. Third-Party Service Usage This plugin relies on form.jalpi.com, an external service operated by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., to create and host your forms. When you embed a form using this plugin, your site loads a script from the form.jalpi.com servers to display the form on the front end. No data is sent from your WordPress site to form.jalpi.com by the plugin itself. However, when a visitor views or submits an embedded form, the visitor’s browser communicates directly with form.jalpi.com. Please review the following before using this plugin: Jalpi Terms of Service Jalpi Privacy Policy Configuration After activation, follow these steps to add your first form: Go to form.jalpi.com and create a free account if you don’t have one already. Enter a name for your form (e.g., “Contact Form”) in the Form Name field. Paste the embed script into the Embed Script field. Click Save Form. Copy the generated shortcode (e.g., [jalpi_form id="1"]). Paste the shortcode into any page, post, or widget where you want the form to appear. To add more forms, repeat steps 2–9.
