Enter your API key in the plugin settings. This key is used to authenticate and validate your access. 3. The plugin communicates with our API(Exei API) to verify your credentials and retrieve Chatbot configuration details. 4. Once validated, an iframe is dynamically generated and embedded on your website, allowing visitors to interact with the Chatbot in real time. With Exei AI-Chatbot, you can provide personalized, AI-driven support to your users effortlessly. External services This plugin connects to an API to verify the user and retrieve configuration settings for the Exei AI Chatbot. These settings are required to initialize and personalize the Chatbot experience within the widget. Additionally, this widget requests access to the user’s microphone to enable voice interaction features.
