Window Size on Mobile The “Style” tab contains two independent height settings: Chat Window Height — the height of the chat window in pixels on desktop browsers. Chat Window Height (mobile) — the height used on phones and small tablets (up to 768px wide), where the desktop height would not fit the screen. Leave the mobile value at 0 to keep the automatic size, which is 70% of the visible height. Values larger than the space available on the screen are automatically reduced, so a large number can never push the window off the screen. If your site sits behind a CDN (Cloudflare) or a reverse proxy, the address seen by the server is the one of the proxy, not the one of the visitor. The forwarded headers are read only when the constant is present and the address that received the request matches one of them, which prevents visitors from forging their IP through a request header.
