The Centous Integration for Zoho with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, and Formidable Forms plugin allows you to seamlessly connect form submissions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro, and Formidable Forms with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin. Using this plugin, form submissions can be automatically sent to Zoho as Leads, Contacts, or other supported modules, helping you manage customer data efficiently without manual entry. Map fields using each Elementor field’s Custom ID where available. Configuration The plugin uses a feed-based configuration system, allowing you to control which forms send data to Zoho and how the data is mapped. Plugin Menu Structure After activating the plugin, you will see a new menu in the WordPress admin sidebar: Zoho CRM Connect Zoho CRM Connect Test Connection Feeds Logs Settings 1. Zoho CRM Connect (Zoho Connection Setup) Go to Zoho CRM Connect → Zoho CRM Connect Choose the Zoho service: Zoho CRM Zoho Bigin Enter your Zoho OAuth credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Redirect URI) Click Authorize / Connect Once connected, your Zoho account details will be displayed This step is required before creating any feeds. 2. Test Connection Navigate to Zoho CRM Connect → Test Connection Click the Test Connection button The plugin will verify: OAuth authentication Access token validity Zoho API connectivity A success or error message will be shown based on the result. 3. Feeds (Core Configuration) Feeds control how form submissions are sent to Zoho. Create a New Feed Go to Zoho CRM Connect → Feeds Click Add New Feed Configure the feed as follows: a) Select Form Type and Form Choose the form type: Contact Form 7, WPForms, or Elementor Select the form you want to integrate b) Select Zoho Module Select the Zoho module where data should be sent (e.g. Leads, Contacts, Deals, etc.) c) Field Mapping Once the form and module are selected, the Field Mapping section appears Map Zoho fields to the selected form fields Form fields are shown as dropdown options based on the selected form Example: Zoho Field: Last Name → Form Field: your-name Zoho Field: Email → Form Field: your-email Zoho Field: Phone → Form Field: your-phone Mandatory Zoho fields must be mapped before saving the feed. d) Feed Status Enable or disable the feed using the Active / Inactive toggle Only active feeds will send data to Zoho Click Save Feed Once saved and active, submissions from the selected form will be sent to Zoho automatically. 4. Logs Go to Zoho CRM Connect → Logs View API request and response logs Useful for: Debugging failed submissions Checking Zoho API errors Verifying successful record creation 5. Settings Navigate to Zoho CRM Connect → Settings Configure global plugin options such as: Enable / disable logging Delete plugin data on uninstall Save changes as required External Services This plugin integrates with Zoho APIs to send form submission data from Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Elementor Pro to Zoho CRM or Zoho Bigin. API Endpoints and Data Flow Create / Update Records in Zoho API Endpoint: https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/{module} Purpose: Creates or updates records (Leads, Contacts, etc.) in Zoho. How it’s used: When a supported form is submitted, the plugin sends mapped form data to Zoho to create or update a record. OAuth Authentication API Endpoint: https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/token Purpose: Generates and refreshes Zoho access tokens. How it’s used: The plugin securely authenticates with Zoho using OAuth and refreshes access tokens automatically when required. Retrieve Zoho Account Information API Endpoint: https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/org Purpose: Fetches organization details to confirm a valid Zoho connection. How it’s used: Used during setup and verification of Zoho credentials. Data Handling and Privacy What data is sent: Form submission data such as name, email, phone number, and other mapped fields. When data is sent: Only when a user submits a form that has an active Zoho feed configured. Security: All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. The Connector for WooCommerce and Zoho CRM plugin automatically adds the customer as a contact and/or lead in your Zoho CRM account whenever an order is placed in WooCommerce. As of v1.1.0, this plugin supports Zoho CRM API version 2. Users updating the plugin from v1.0.9 or earlier will need to re-authenticate their Zoho CRM account on this plugin’s settings page.
