Taxonomy planning may include the previewed taxonomy and optional aggregate Insights context. Visitor data, comments, orders, users, passwords, and the API key are not included in prompt content. The API key is stored with autoload disabled, can instead be defined with CATEGORY_COMMANDER_OPENAI_API_KEY, and can be deleted from AI Settings. The API-free copy tool does not contact an AI service; data is shared only if the editor pastes the prompt into an external service. Insights stores local daily aggregate category-link counts. It does not store IP addresses, user IDs, or individual browsing histories.
