Candy Social Widget
Social Widget plugin for displaying links to your social media in any widget area. Created by WPExplorer, this plugin allows you to add colorful icons with links to your social profiles of choice in any widgetized sidebar of your WordPress site. Choose from various social profiles (add only the ones you need), drag and drop to move them around, choose from square, round or rounded styles and even select your custom icon size. The plugin uses SVG based icons so they don’t require any extra font files and they will load quickly and display nicely on any screen, including retina devices. Need “More Widgets”? Open Graph
The Open Graph protocol enables any web page to become a rich object in a social graph. Most notably, this allows for these pages to be used with Facebook’s Share Button and Graph API as well as within Twitter posts. The Open Graph plugin inserts the Open Graph metadata into WordPress posts and pages, and provides a simple extension mechanism for other plugins and themes to override this data, or to provide additional Open Graph data. This plugin does not directly add social plugins like the Facebook Share Button to your pages (though they’re pretty simple to add). It will however make your pages look great when shared using those kinds of tools.
