A QR code that saves the contact By default the code carries your details as a vCard, so scanning it offers to add you to the phone’s address book immediately — no browser step in between. You can point it at the page’s own URL or a custom link instead. The code is generated on your server as a sharp SVG and cached, so no QR JavaScript library is loaded for your visitors. Or keep the code out of the way until it is wanted The QR does not have to sit in the layout.
