Voids are only available in the BulletProof portal, if you void a order at the BulletProof portal then the related WooCommerce order will be changed to status “Cancelled” (only if the order was on status pending or completed) Refunds made at the BulletProof portal will be reflected on the related WooCommerce order, no partial refunds supported at the BulletProof portal. Status at the WooCommerce will be changed only if the order status was pending or completed
