External services This plugin connects to the Bob Pay payment gateway API to process online payments. Bob Pay is a South African payment processor provided by Bob Group (Pty) Ltd. What data is sent and when When a customer selects a Bob Pay payment method at checkout, the plugin sends order details (order amount, currency, order reference, return URLs) to the Bob Pay API to create a payment intent. The customer is then redirected to Bob Pay to complete payment. When Bob Pay processes the payment, it sends a webhook notification back to your site to confirm the payment status. The plugin then validates the payment by communicating with the Bob Pay API. If refunds are initiated from the WooCommerce admin, the plugin sends the refund amount and order reference to the Bob Pay API.
