AFB – Auto Form Builder
Auto Form Builder (AFB) is the free WordPress form builder that gives you what other plugins charge for. Build contact forms, multi-step forms, surveys, file-upload forms, and forms with conditional logic — all with drag and drop, no code, and no monthly fees. Build a form by hand or let AI build it for you, turn any form into a friendly conversational chat, and embed your forms on any website, WordPress or not. Most form plugins lock multi-step forms, conditional logic, surveys, and integrations behind expensive subscriptions. Auto Form Builder includes them all, free, with no premium tier — the “Add-Ons” screen is simply optional free modules (Popups, Form Analytics, spam protection, Slack, User Registration, Entry Tags) you switch on in one click. The only paid extras are the optional AI service, which is off by default, and a separate Google Sheets integration plugin. Watch the full overview video · See all features · Support Why Auto Form Builder? Unlike form plugins that lock their best features behind expensive subscriptions, Auto Form Builder gives you multi-step forms, conditional logic, surveys, form analytics, spam protection, submission management, webhooks, Slack notifications, import/export, and full visual customization — all free. Privacy-first by design: your submissions stay on your own site, and the plugin makes no external calls unless you enable a feature that needs one. Drag & Drop Form Builder Build a form in minutes with the visual drag-and-drop builder: drag fields onto the canvas, reorder by drag-and-drop or Move Up/Down, undo/redo, preview on desktop, tablet, and mobile, and copy a shortcode to embed anywhere. Start from a template (Contact, Feedback, Support, Newsletter, Event Registration) or a blank canvas — or describe your form and let AI build it. 15+ Field Types (with deep per-field control) Text, Textarea, Email, Phone, Number, Date, Time, Month & Year, Checkbox, Radio, Dropdown, Name, Address, File Upload, Signature, Color Picker, an HTML content block, and Page Break (multi-step) — plus four survey fields: Tabular Survey (Likert grid), Star Rating, NPS, and Opinion Scale. Browse the full field reference. Every field is more capable than it looks: Text — placeholder and default value, min/max length, format/pattern validation with inline errors, password mode (mask input), text transform on submit, trim whitespace, input type control, and hidden-field mode. Email — built-in validation, a confirmation field (re-enter to prevent typos), restrict allowed domains (e.g. company emails only), and use as the recipient for confirmation emails. Number — min/max values, step size, starting value, display as plain number, money (currency symbol), percentage, or fixed decimals, and an optional slider. Checkbox — single consent box (with a link inside the label) or a multi-option group with minimum/maximum selection limits, “start checked,” and stacked or column layouts. File Upload — allow multiple files, drag-and-drop, restrict file types and size, previews, and a custom button label. Name & Address — separate components, per-part required toggles, and per-component URL prefill. Most fields also support label and inside-the-field icons, help text, conditional logic, auto-fill, custom CSS class, and hidden-field mode. Conditional Logic Show or hide any field based on earlier answers, using multiple AND/OR conditions per field. Logic also controls confirmations and emails: change the success message or redirect, reroute the admin notification or change its subject and message, skip it, or send a different confirmation email. Multi-Step Forms Split long forms with Page Break fields to boost completion. Add step titles, custom Next/Previous labels, and a progress bar. Answer-based branching skips steps or jumps ahead (forward-only and loop-safe), so every visitor sees only the steps that apply. Surveys & Visual Results Build complete surveys with Tabular Survey (Likert grid), Star Rating, NPS (0–10), and Opinion Scale fields, then read per-question reports: distribution and stacked-bar charts, an automatically calculated NPS score, and a 30-day trend. Survey answers appear formatted in entry details and CSV exports, and conditional logic works with every survey field. Signature Field Collect e-signatures inside your form. Visitors sign with a mouse, finger, or stylus; the signature is stored securely and shown as an image in the entry details — ideal for consent forms, agreements, and approvals, on WordPress pages and embedded forms alike. Full Visual Customization Make forms match your brand: theme presets (Corporate, Minimal, Modern, and more), reusable saved themes (design once, apply to any form with one click), per-form header image, background, colors, fonts, layout, field and button styling, and visual effects. Every change previews live across desktop, tablet, and mobile. HTML Content Blocks Add formatted text, headings, links, and dividers inside your form with the HTML content block — perfect for instructions, section headings, and separators that make longer forms clear and easy to complete. Partial Entries Don’t lose a lead when someone doesn’t press Submit. In-progress answers are saved and reviewable on the Partial Entries screen. Abandoned entries auto-delete after a retention period you control (1–365 days). Submission Management All submissions live in a clean inbox with Unread, Starred, Read, Spam, and Trash tabs. Search by any field value, filter by form or date range, sort, print, and act on many at once with bulk actions (mark read, star, spam, trash, delete). Export to CSV or JSON any time. See submission management. Email Notifications Per-form admin and user confirmation emails, fully configurable — recipients, subject, and a custom message with placeholders like {submission_data} and {form_name}. Choose styled HTML or plain text, and use conditional rules to send different emails or none. Embed on Any Website Every form comes with a ready-made embed code for any site — including non-WordPress platforms and page builders such as WP Bakery, Brizy, and Elementor. The embed keeps your design, auto-resizes to its content, and stays isolated from the host theme; redirect thank-you pages can even break out of the frame. Also available as a Gutenberg block and a WordPress dashboard widget. Prefill from URL Populate fields — including individual Name and Address components — from URL parameters, and forward them securely to embedded forms. Popup Forms (free) Show any form in a popup without a second plugin: modal, slide-in, sticky bar, full-screen, welcome mat, or a floating launcher button. Choose which pages they appear on, trigger by time delay, scroll depth, exit intent, or element click, cap how often each shows, and decide what happens after a successful submission. Fully keyboard accessible; loads nothing on pages without an eligible popup. Form Analytics (free) Track views, submissions, average conversion rate, and per-form breakdowns with a 30-day chart. Sync historical submissions or reset data anytime. Spam Protection (free) Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile are both included — use either or both on any form. User Registration & Login (free) Turn any form into a registration form: map fields to the account email, username, password, and name (a single Name field is split automatically), choose the new user’s role (never Administrator), and send a custom welcome email with placeholders like {username} and {set_password_url}. Includes an independent login form via the [auto_form_builder_login] shortcode — sign-in, lost password, and reset on your own page. Passwords are handled by WordPress core and never stored with the submission or emailed. Slack Notifications (free) Notify your team in Slack the moment a form is submitted. Paste a Slack Incoming Webhook URL and choose which forms post to which channels. Only hooks.slack.com URLs are accepted, no credentials are stored, and passwords and file contents are never sent. Entry Tags (free) Organize submissions like a lightweight CRM with color-coded tags. Create your own tags or start from templates (CRM workflow, support tickets, content types), assign them from the submission screen, and see a Tags column plus one-click quick filters on the submissions list — combine several tags to show entries matching any of them. A statistics panel shows tag usage; a cleanup action removes tags no longer in use. Off by default; enable it under Forms → Add-Ons. Tag data stays in your database if you turn the add-on off. Webhooks Send submission data to Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, or any custom endpoint the moment a form is submitted, with an optional HMAC-SHA256 signing secret. Import & Export Export forms and entries for backup or migration, and import forms onto any WordPress site in seconds — ideal for agencies. Auto Form CRM Integration Capture leads with Auto Form Builder, then manage them with Auto Form CRM. AFB integrates natively with Auto Form CRM, a complete premium WordPress CRM — contact management, deal pipeline, workflow automation, email campaigns, meeting scheduling, and live chat — so your form submissions become managed leads in one place. AI Features (optional) Two optional AI features are available and off by default: AI Assistant — build a form from a plain-English description or an uploaded document, generate conditional logic automatically, get one-click submission summaries and drafted replies, “ask across your submissions,” and use an admin chat assistant that answers questions and even creates forms. AI Conversation — turn any form into a friendly chat that collects answers naturally, with optional appointment booking. These features run on AIDA, our AI service at autoformcrm.com. A free AIDA account includes free trial credits; after those are used, continued AI usage needs one-time credit packs — while every non-AI feature stays free. Your credit balance is always visible in the plugin. See “External Services” for exactly what data is sent, when, and to whom. External Services Auto Form Builder is privacy-first. By default the plugin does not contact any external service. Every service below is off by default and only runs after you actively opt in. AIDA — AI Assistant & AI Conversation (optional AI features, off by default) Service & provider: AIDA, the AI service that powers the optional AI features, by Auto Form Builder / Auto Form CRM (https://autoformcrm.com/). Requests are processed by a third-party AI provider, Anthropic. When contacted: only after an administrator enables an AI feature, connects an AIDA account, and then uses it. Otherwise nothing is ever sent, and the core builder never contacts AIDA. Account & cost: the AI features need a free AIDA account (with free trial credits); continued use afterward requires one-time credit packs from autoformcrm.com. The core plugin and all non-AI features stay free and need no account. Your credit balance is shown in the plugin, and purchases always open autoformcrm.com in a new tab (no payment inside the plugin). Data sent (only for the action you trigger): the form description and any document you upload when building a form; the submission content when you request a summary, a suggested reply, or an “ask across submissions” answer, or when the admin assistant answers about your forms/submissions; the messages you type into the admin assistant; and, only if you enable AI Conversation on a public form, the chat messages visitors type. Your AIDA token is sent server-side only to authenticate, stored encrypted, and never exposed to the browser. Data NOT sent: nothing for any AI feature you do not use, no form/submission content beyond the action you trigger, and never passwords handled by WordPress core. Purpose: to provide AI form building, submission summaries and replies, the admin assistant, and conversational forms. Terms / privacy: https://autoformcrm.com/terms and https://autoformcrm.com/privacy (Auto Form CRM / AIDA); Anthropic — https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms and https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Anonymous Deactivation Feedback (opt-in, one-time) Service & provider: Auto Form Builder feedback endpoint, https://autoformbuilder.com/afb-deactivation-feedback.php (https://autoformbuilder.com/). When contacted: only when an administrator clicks “Submit & Deactivate” in the optional dialog shown on deactivation. Skipping, closing, or dismissing it sends nothing. Data sent: the reason you selected, an optional explanation (max 1000 characters), your WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, and your site locale. The exact JSON payload is shown in the dialog before anything is sent. Data NOT sent: site URL, administrator name or email, user ID, IP address, or any form/submission data (the request User-Agent is neutralized so it carries no site URL). Purpose: to understand why users deactivate the plugin and prioritise improvements. Terms / privacy: https://autoformbuilder.com/ Anonymous Usage Data (opt-in, off by default) Service & provider: Auto Form Builder telemetry endpoint, https://autoformbuilder.com/afb-telemetry.php (https://autoformbuilder.com/). When contacted: only if you enable “Help improve Auto Form Builder by sending anonymous usage data” (in onboarding or Settings → General) — then a one-time “install” event on opt-in and an “uninstall” event on deletion. Turning it off stops all further requests. Data sent: a locally generated anonymous site ID (not derived from your URL), the plugin / WordPress / PHP / MySQL versions, the plugin version at install, your site locale, whether the site is multisite, days since install, approximate form and submission counts as ranges (never exact), active modules, and whether onboarding was completed. The full list is shown next to the opt-in checkbox. Data NOT sent: site URL, administrator name or email, user ID, IP address, or any form/submission content. Purpose: to measure the uninstall rate and which environments and usage levels correlate with leaving, so we can prioritise improvements. Terms / privacy: https://autoformbuilder.com/privacy/ Slack Notifications (built-in, off by default) Service & provider: Slack Incoming Webhooks, Slack Technologies, LLC (https://slack.com/). Only hooks.slack.com URLs are accepted; no other host is ever contacted. When contacted: only after you set a webhook URL you created in your own Slack workspace and enable it for a form — then on each submission of that form and when you click “Send Test”. Data sent: the form title and your site name; the values a visitor submitted only if you also enable “Include answers” for that form. Passwords, CAPTCHA values, file contents, and server file paths are never sent; uploaded files appear by filename only. Purpose: to notify your team in Slack about new form submissions in real time. Terms / privacy: https://slack.com/terms-of-service and https://slack.com/trust/privacy/privacy-policy

TimeSaverBot – Multilingual AI Chatbot for WooCommerce & Live Chat
Someone lands on your site at 11pm with a question. Nobody is online. They buy from whoever did answer. TimeSaverBot is an AI chatbot for WordPress and WooCommerce. It learns your existing pages and your product catalog, answers visitor questions in 46 languages, recommends products from your own stock, and collects contact details when nobody on your team is online. Built for WooCommerce stores, clinics and salons that take bookings, agencies, and any site that sells a service and answers the same questions all day. Setup is a wizard: pick your pages, pick a ready-made bot, done. No code, no theme edits, no separate sign-up — you are live in about five minutes. 30-day free trial. No credit card. Answers only from your own content — your pages, your FAQ, your products. Not from the open internet. No OpenAI API key — nothing to register, no token bills, no keys to paste into WordPress Deep WooCommerce integration — price, stock, variations, weight, dimensions, photos 46 languages, detected automatically — your content stays in one language Five ready-made bots — sales, support, bookings, e-commerce, or your own instructions Captures leads 24/7 — your team picks up a conversation that is already half done The plugin connects your site to the TimeSaverBot platform. The setup wizard creates your account for you. The bot answers from your site, not from the internet An AI chatbot is only worth having if you can trust what it tells your customers. TimeSaverBot builds every answer from the pages you chose, the FAQ you wrote and the products in your catalog. When it doesn’t have the answer, it says so and offers to take the visitor’s details instead of inventing something. Prices, stock, model numbers, SKUs and brand names come straight from WooCommerce, so they are right at the moment the customer asks. And there is no OpenAI account to open and no separate usage bill to watch — the platform handles the AI side. The bot knows your WooCommerce catalog The plugin reads your products through WooCommerce’s own API, so the bot answers like a salesperson standing in your stockroom: Price and sale price. “How much is it?” — “$24.90, on sale right now, normally $29.” Stock, down to the last unit — including the one that sold a minute ago to somebody else. Most integrations never notice that. Variations. “Do you have it in blue, size 42?” — “Blue 42 is in stock, $24.90. Red 42 is sold out.” Weight and package dimensions. “Will it fit a parcel locker?” — “2.4 kg, and the box is 30 × 20 × 15 cm.” Photo, brand, category, SKU and rating — the bot sends a real product card with a button through to the product page, and finds things the way customers ask: by brand, by product code, by category. Sold-out products too — “It’s out right now, leave your details” beats silence. It narrows down, as well: “something under $30”, “only what’s in stock”, “cheapest first”. Create, edit or delete a product and the bot knows moments later — no overnight update, nothing to re-import by hand. Import your whole catalog or a single category with its subcategories. WooCommerce is optional. Without it, everything else works exactly the same. 46 languages, and the bot picks the right one itself Most chat plugins offer a handful of languages and ask you to choose one. TimeSaverBot works out the language from the visitor’s first message and answers in it. A Polish visitor gets Polish. A Brazilian gets Portuguese. Nobody picks a setting. Your content stays in one language — yours. The bot understands what a question means, not just the words it is written in, so the answer is built from the page you already wrote and comes back in the visitor’s language. No translation plugin, no duplicate pages, no 46 versions of your FAQ Exact details still match exactly — model numbers, SKUs, brand names Right-to-left done properly — for Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and Urdu the whole chat window mirrors, not just the text The chat window’s own buttons and labels ship in 82 languages and regional variants, and the plugin’s admin screens in 75 From Arabic and Chinese to Polish, Portuguese and Thai — see the full list in the FAQ. Pick a bot and it works out of the box 📈 General Sales — services, B2B, landing pages. Answers, then guides toward an inquiry. 🎧 General Support — sites with documentation or a knowledge base. 📅 Service Order — clinics, salons, repair shops. Collects name, phone, service, preferred time. 🛒 E-commerce — advises from your catalog, compares products, answers on price, stock, delivery and payment. 🤖 Prompt Bot — for anything the four above don’t cover. You write the instructions: a bot that only screens candidates for your job openings, or one that answers strictly from your legal FAQ and refers everything else to a partner. Live in about five minutes Activate the plugin — the wizard starts on its own. Pick the pages the bot learns from. Your WooCommerce catalog imports at the same time. Choose one of the five bots above, or write your own instructions. Set your widget colors and text, with live preview. Done — the widget is already on your site. Every step after picking your pages can be skipped. The bot always knows the current state of your site Edit a page and the bot picks the edit up. Publish one and it is included. Delete it and it drops out — the bot never answers from a page that no longer exists. Pages, posts and your custom sections like Services or Projects Re-scan the whole site or a single page whenever you want Write FAQ answers by hand, or import them from CSV or JSON Everything syncs in the background and never holds up your editor A widget that fits your site Appears on every page automatically — no shortcode, no theme file to edit Your colors, button text and chat title, previewed live in the wizard Works on phones, tablets and desktops — on a small screen the chat opens out to fill it Runs in its own window inside your page, so your theme can’t break it and it can’t break your theme Conversations turn into customers Chatting is not the point. Getting the business is. TimeSaverBot asks the qualifying questions you would otherwise type out yourself, works out what the visitor actually wants, and takes their contact details before they click away. If nobody is online, you still get the lead — with the whole conversation attached. When your team is around, the same widget is your live chat: switch on Live operators and the bot hands the conversation over to a human instead of taking a contact. Everything from your WordPress admin One click, no second login — Chat, Leads and Knowledge Base open straight from the WordPress menu Your numbers in wp-admin — conversations, leads and conversion rate for the last 30 days, plus how much of your monthly dialog allowance is left All settings in WordPress — the bot’s instructions, its tone, when it hands over to your team, and how the widget looks Safe by default Your WordPress password is never sent anywhere Every connection is signed, and opening Chat or Leads uses a one-time key that expires after 60 seconds Your installation is tied to your domain — nobody can point it elsewhere Reinstalling puts everything back — your connection survives a delete by default, or one checkbox under TimeSaverBot → Help makes deletion clear it from your site instead Worth knowing before you install TimeSaverBot is a hosted service. The plugin is the WordPress side of it; the AI itself runs on the TimeSaverBot platform. Single-site WordPress only — multisite is not supported yet. Pricing 30 days free, no credit card required. After the trial the plugin needs a paid TimeSaverBot plan to keep answering. The entry plan is $26/month and includes 100 AI conversations; beyond that, conversations are $0.09 each. Larger plans bring the per-conversation price down. Your WordPress dashboard shows the month’s limit and what is left of it, so nothing runs up quietly. Every plan includes all 46 languages, even the cheapest one — you never pay extra for them. See current plans. Try it on your own site Install the plugin and activate it. The wizard opens by itself, learns the pages you pick, and puts the widget live. In about five minutes you can open your own site and ask your bot a question — in any of the 46 languages — and see what your visitors will get tonight. Third-Party Service Disclosure This plugin relies on the TimeSaverBot SaaS platform hosted at app.timesaverbot.com. The following external connections are made: Provisioning API (POST /Provision/WordPressInstall) — Called once during the setup wizard to create your workspace.
