ARIWEB Event Invitations & RSVP helps WordPress site owners, designers, agencies and event planners create private invitation experiences with online attendance confirmations. The idea is simple: design the invitation your way, upload the PDF to WordPress and let the plugin handle the confirmation process. The plugin can serve the PDF invitation with a clickable RSVP link, so guests can open the confirmation page directly from the invitation. This makes it useful for weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, family events, private celebrations, religious events, corporate events and any occasion where the organizer wants a beautiful invitation plus an organized RSVP workflow. The plugin does not limit the invitation design. You can create the visual PDF in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or any design tool, upload it to the system and manage the sharing and confirmations from WordPress. Why organizers like it Guests receive a clean invitation experience instead of a complicated form link. The organizer keeps full control inside WordPress. PDF invitations can include a clickable RSVP link. The event can have individual or general invitations. Each invitation can have its own guest limit. Responses are stored and reviewed from the WordPress admin area. The plugin supports Spanish and English for both the public form and the admin screens. A multilingual plugin is not required, but the plugin can work with common multilingual setups. PDF invitation workflow Upload your designed PDF invitation and use it as the event invitation file. The plugin can share the PDF link and include a clickable link that takes guests to the RSVP page. You can also assign a different PDF to a specific invitation when one guest, family or group needs a personalized file. The design is created by the organizer or designer. Share confirmation pages, PDF invitations and WhatsApp links from the admin panel. Upload a base PDF for the event, or leave it empty and share only the RSVP page. Invitations that use the event base PDF automatically use the newest PDF when the event PDF is replaced. Upload a specific PDF for a single invitation when needed. Enable or disable the optional phone and message fields per event. Download PDFs with clear filenames using the event name and invitation code. Generate a separate general PDF that links to the general RSVP form without an invite code. Add a clickable RSVP link inside generated PDF invitations. Track responses such as attending, not attending and not answered. Filter responses by event, status, invitation type, search terms and dates. Export response data from the admin panel. Use optional Google reCAPTCHA v3 and a honeypot field to reduce spam. Create limited event users so a client or couple can review only their assigned event. Language support The plugin includes built-in Spanish and English support for the public RSVP form and the WordPress admin screens. The administrator can choose the default language for the public form from the plugin settings: Automatic language detection. Spanish. English. Each invitation can also have its own form language. This is useful when one guest or group should receive the RSVP form in Spanish and another one should receive it in English. If the site already uses WPML, Polylang or TranslatePress, the plugin can follow the active language when the setting is set to automatic. Recommended workflow Create an event in the Events tab. Add the event name, date, location and public page URL. Upload the base PDF invitation if you want to share a PDF. Copy the event shortcode and paste it into the WordPress page that will display the RSVP form. Create individual or general invitations in the Invitations tab. Set the maximum number of attendees and choose the form language for each invitation if needed. Preview the selected PDF before saving or sharing. Share the confirmation page link, PDF link or WhatsApp option. Review responses in the Responses or Summary screens. Invitation types Individual invitation Use this when the invitation belongs to one specific person, couple, family or group. It can have a guest limit, assigned guest names, an optional contact email or phone number and a secure access link. General invitation Use this when the same invitation link may be shared with multiple people. This is useful when you do not need a separate invitation record for each person. Optional anti-spam integration: Google reCAPTCHA v3. RSVP data is stored in custom WordPress database tables owned by the site. The plugin is not a ticketing, payment or ecommerce system. The amount of PDF files or invitations you can manage depends on your hosting storage, upload limits and database capacity. External Services This plugin can optionally use Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam protection. reCAPTCHA is disabled unless the site administrator adds a reCAPTCHA site key and secret key in the plugin settings. When reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled, the public RSVP form loads the Google reCAPTCHA JavaScript API from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js. This is required to generate an anti-spam token in the visitor’s browser. When a visitor submits the RSVP form, the plugin sends a verification request to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify. The request includes the reCAPTCHA secret key configured by the administrator, the token generated by Google reCAPTCHA, and the visitor IP address. The plugin does not send the RSVP name, phone number, guest count, invitation notes or attendee details to Google reCAPTCHA. Google reCAPTCHA is provided by Google LLC. This data is stored on the site owner’s WordPress database and is used to manage the event and its attendance confirmations. The plugin does not send RSVP names, phone numbers, guest counts or attendee details to Ariweb or to any Ariweb server. If Google reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled by the site administrator, the plugin connects to Google as described in the External Services section. The plugin integrates with the WordPress privacy tools by adding suggested privacy policy content and supporting personal data export and erasure where applicable.

External Services This plugin does not call third-party APIs for core RSVP storage. Optional behaviors: Party ID preview (public REST) — The wgrsvp/v1/party-preview endpoint is served by your own WordPress site. It is rate-limited per visitor IP (default 40 requests per minute; filter wgrsvp_party_preview_rate_limit_max). No off-site service is contacted for this feature. InstaWP (optional Pro preview) — The readme Try It Live section and wp-admin may link to InstaWP (app.instawp.io) so administrators or visitors can open a temporary WordPress site preloaded with Wedding Party RSVP Pro to evaluate premium features. The user’s browser navigates to InstaWP; provisioning, session length, and data handling are governed by InstaWP, not by this plugin’s server-side code. WordPress AI Client (optional) — This feature is available on WordPress 7.0 and later (the WordPress AI Client provides wp_ai_client_prompt; configure your provider under Settings → Connectors in WordPress). On older versions, AI wording controls are not shown. On Wedding RSVP → General Settings, “AI wording…” sends only the assistant instructions you trigger plus optional notes you type in the browser to the AI provider configured in WordPress. No guest list data is sent. Add your provider’s Terms and Privacy links to your site policies when you enable AI. Guest Hub — Google Maps (optional link) — After a successful RSVP (Interactivity flow) or on the thank-you page, the Guest Hub can show Open in Google Maps when Settings → Logistics includes an event location/venue. The plugin builds a standard https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=… URL using that text; opening the link is done in the guest’s browser and sends the encoded venue string to Google. No server-to-server call is made by the plugin for this link. See Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. RSVP deadline reminder emails (optional) — When enabled under Settings → Logistics, a daily scheduled task may send wp_mail reminders to guests with a pending RSVP (and optionally declined) on the days you configure before the RSVP deadline. Delivery uses your WordPress email configuration (SMTP plugin, host mail, etc.); no separate third-party API is required for email. Wedding Party RSVP Pro can optionally send the same guests an SMS via Twilio when that add-on is configured (see Pro readme External Services). Caterer portal (optional magic link) — Wedding RSVP → Caterer portal lets administrators generate a secret URL that shows a read-only meal summary by table on your own site. No off-site API is called; anyone with the link can view the summary until you revoke or regenerate the token. Client summary link (optional magic link) — Wedding RSVP → Client summary lets administrators generate a secret URL that shows aggregate RSVP and meal/dietary counts on your own site (no guest names). No off-site API is called; anyone with the link can view the summary until you revoke or regenerate the token.
