Ansera Search
Ansera Search replaces the default WordPress search with an intuitive AI powered answer engine based on your site’s existing content. We all know that when website visitors can’t find the answers they’re looking for, they will leave in frustration never to return. Traditional website search just returns a list of links for visitors to sort through themselves while most chatbot solutions are annoying and require significant set up. Ansera solves for these issues and more by providing your website visitors with human readable natural language search responses based only on your site’s content. Unlike traditional website search tools, Ansera can be up and running in as little as 5 minutes by even the least technical users. Once you install Ansera on your site, all you have to do is select the pages you want to train it to answer on. Additionally, you can link to externally stored content like youtube and vimeo videos or presentations. Ansera’s analytics let you see what answers your users are actually seeking and how to improve your content and conversion to better serve them. Features: – Out of the box set up while also providing several visual customization options for more advanced users – Human readable natural language search results – Real-time sync that updates answers as site content is updated – User analytics for all search queries – Customizable guiding questions – Visitors can email results to themselves – Integrate a custom lead generation form into the Ansera widget Bring conversational AI search to your site in minutes – no coding required! Privacy This plugin uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality: Google reCAPTCHA v3 – Used to detect and prevent spam/bot traffic. It collects user interaction data for verification. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA v3 works by collecting hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sending it to Google to analyze whether a user is human. This process is automatic and invisible to users. This feature will be enabled after you provide Google ReCaptch V3 api credentials. api.ipify.org API – Used to determine user geolocation based on IP address. See geo.ipify.org Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Whenever user asks the question in the searchbox, we will call this api and fetch that user’s ip address. We are not passing any customer information to the api server. api.ansera.ai – This is the API server of the Ansera.ai platform. It receives content submitted by the WordPress admin from the plugin’s settings page and returns AI-generated responses. ON plugin activation wordpress pages will be sent to Ansera website. WordPress Administrator/Editor can manage sync/unsyc the posts from plugin settings page. See www.Ansera.ai Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. dashboard.ansera.ai — Used to render analytics dashboards based on data collected by the api.ansera.ai service. It does not collect or access any data from the WordPress site itself. See www.Ansera.ai Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. ansera-cdn.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com — Ansera developed a CDN javascript library and published it to Amazon S3 storage engine. This plugin renders the Ansera CDN from Amazon S3 bucket. Complete frontend UI will be rendered from this Javascript CDN library. See www.Ansera.ai Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. See aws.amazon.com Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No personal information is stored by the plugin itself, but IP addresses may be transmitted to external APIs.

The service is used only when an authorized user manually starts a page check in the WordPress admin. The plugin sends the selected published public URL and a WordPress HTTP user agent to the Source of Trust API. The API may process checks asynchronously. When a check is started, the plugin may receive a check job ID and then poll the Source of Trust API for the final result. The final result may include a status, score, issues and recommendations, which may be stored in WordPress post meta for the checked post or page. The plugin does not send draft content, private content, preview URLs, post body content, visitor data, passwords or personal user data.
