When an authorised user asks the plugin to generate featured-image alt text, the selected image and the page and attachment context shown in the review are sent securely to the AEO God Mode service. The free Content Health scan stays on the WordPress site and sends no images or page content. No AI task runs because someone visits a page or opens the dashboard.
