Vortex Files vs Wix File Share

Vortex Files helps agencies replace email attachments and scattered shared-drive links with secure, branded client portals. Agencies can organise files, project updates and client communication in one place. Portals can reflect your agency’s logo and colours, while the Studio plan supports delivery through a configured custom domain. Depending on plan and project capacity, Vortex Files can support file transfers up to 1 TB without manual splitting or compression. Teams can assign collaborators, publish progress updates and manage project access. Clients can download permitted files, invite approved teammates and leave feedback when these features are enabled. Vortex Files is designed to reduce routine file-delivery and status-update work while providing clients with a more professional experience. Flexible plans support solo agencies, growing teams and established studios.

Create a file library where you and your community can easily share files with one another. Site members can search for specific files and organize them in folders for easy access. Great for collaborating with clients, teams, students and community members. Plus, give site members custom access permissions, and decide who can view, upload, download and manage files. By using the Wix File Share app, you agree to comply with the applicable laws regarding the removal and use of all uploaded content.
