Based on the data on this page, Forms & Payments is the stronger choice for most Wix App Market merchants — 4.7★ vs Bloom Card: Control your Spend's 2.3★ is a meaningful gap that usually reflects real product or support quality differences across the user base. On pricing, Forms & Payments offers a free tier (Free plan available) while Bloom Card: Control your Spend starts at Paid. The free option meaningfully reduces evaluation cost, particularly for stores at sub-1K monthly orders where the entry-paid tier can outpace the value delivered. Forms & Payments has the larger user base (5,738 reviews vs 2), which usually maps to broader integration coverage, faster bug-fix cadence, and a deeper bench of community workflow patterns. Bloom Card: Control your Spend's smaller cohort can be an advantage for niche workflows where the bigger app has accumulated bloat. Recommended by store size: small/early-stage merchants who need fast install and low risk should default to Forms & Payments; mid-market and enterprise merchants with specific feature requirements should evaluate both — Bloom Card: Control your Spend's 2-review base may include the workflow context that matches your specific use case better than Forms & Payments's broader-but-shallower coverage. This verdict is generated from the live marketplace data on this page — rating, review count, pricing tier, and category position all refresh from the canonical Wix App Market listing every 24 hours. I wasn't getting my forms vial email after clients completed their form and payment and support was very helpful in resolving the issue, in a fast and timely manner. Mithsou and Arlyne Catungal were very helpful with my issues as well as offering suggestions to make things easier.
