Order Notifications
Create unlimited admin notifications for important store events and send them to the right staff members — add one or multiple email addresses per alert. Our app triggers alerts for the following events: product updates (created, updated, deleted), checkout activities (created, updated, marked as complete), order statuses (created, canceled, paid, refunded), stock levels (low stock, out of stock), cart changes (created, updated), contacts (created, deleted, subscribed), product collection updates (created, updated, deleted), site properties updates, and fulfillment updates. Tailor alerts to specific email addresses, with one or multiple events per alert, to achieve your business goals. For example, inventory managers may want to receive admin alerts for new products, low stock, or out-of-stock items, ensuring timely restocking. The sales team can get order notifications for specific products or the entire inventory. You can set thresholds for low stock alerts, so you never miss the moment when stock needs replenishing. You can choose to send alerts in real-time or on a schedule, avoiding weekends or out-of-office hours. Keep your team updated and ready-to-act.
Cooloff EU Withdrawal Button
Since 19 June 2026, Article 11a of the EU Consumer Rights Directive requires a withdrawal function on shops selling to EU consumers: the Widerrufsbutton, §356a BGB in Germany, §13a FAGG in Austria from 1 October 2026. Cooloff adds it: a labelled button in the visitor's language, a short form, and an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, sent automatically with no monthly limit, with the declaration, the exact time it arrived and a verifiable receipt. Works on any site, not just stores: Bookings and Events too. Cooloff also adds Germany's §312k cancellation button, the Kündigungsbutton, off until you turn it on, and the pre-contractual sentence for your withdrawal instructions in 20 official EU languages. It warns you if the button is missing or off. You get a copy by email; all listed with the day a refund would be due, exportable and deletable. With a connected store it matches the order, assesses the 14-day cooling-off period, cancels and refunds in one click, never automatically once shipped. It can add the EU legal-guarantee notice to product pages. Data processing agreement: cooloffapp.com. Cooloff does not judge a withdrawal's validity and gives no legal advice.
